Jo Ridge KelleyJo Ridge Kelley's paintings have been exhibited in solo and group exhibitions in galleries and museums throughout the Southeast, including Cardinal Art Gallery in Raleigh, North Carolina,  Museum of Fine Art at Western Carolina University, The Biltmore Estate in Asheville and The Bascom Center for the Visual Arts in Highlands, North Carolina.

In addition, her work is in public and corporate collections, including those of Procor Corporation in Cincinnati, Hallsdale-Powell Utility District in Knoxville, Tennessee, and Hometrust Bank, in Asheville, North Carolina.

Ms. Kelley is the recipient of several awards and honors.  She received a Best of Show at The Biltmore Estate and an Honorable Mention in the American Art Today-Juried Works show at The Bascom In Highlands, North Carolina.  She has been included in many invitationals and participated as featured artist at various important fundraiser events and art leagues. An annual series of workshops in drawing and painting have been conducted by Ms. Kelley for more than twenty- five years.

Jo Ridge Kelley was born in High Point, North Carolina, in 1957.  She received a B.C.A. from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and has continued her studies with the "en plein air Masters."

In November, 2009, Jo won a 250.00 Honorable Mention Award for her painting "Emblazed," entered in the American Art Today: Juried Works Show at The Bascom, Center for the Visual Arts in Highlands, NC, juried by Annette Blaugrund, former director of the National Academy Museum and School of Fine Arts, New York, New York.
